Cypresswood Tradition awesome as 70.7 wins $1560; 2013 schedule available thru March 16

Duck Kim of Houston, TX edged 3 other players by less than a stroke to capture the Houston Inaugural event at Cypresswood Tradition in Spring, TX. His score of 70.7 was good enough to take home a total of $1560. The course was in awesome condition and very challenging as a score of 74.1 finished in the money. Congratulations Duck on a fine round! A tentative schedule of dates and locations thru Super Major #2 in late March can be found on the website. Stay tuned as we are currently in the process of booking the finest courses in the region for you to play! We are very excited to expand our events to include the Houston and Austin/San Antonio markets! We feel 2013 will be the biggest season yet with a lofty goal of $1,000,000 in prize money to be paid! The tour paid $608,070 in 2012 to a single flight of golfers with a 12 or less handicap in Oklahoma and North Texas. By adding the thousands of potential competitors and hundreds of world class golf courses in South Texas we feel 2013 will be another banner year for FairWay Tour players! We hope to see you at Tour 18 - Houston on January 5th because "If You Don't Tee It Up You Can't Win!"
