Meyers wins $6198 @ rainy Thorntree CC with a net score of 71.5! Join us this week at Oakmont CC Thursday and Woodforest Saturday!

Cameron Meyers won his 2nd Super Major (TPC Las Colinas 8/30/15) and $6198 at the rain shortened event played at Thorntree CC over the weekend. Cameron birdied the 17th hole Saturday afternoon, which not only earned him a lotto skin, but also got him in the winner's circle by less than a stroke over fellow Oak Tree members Jackson Ogle and Jeff Westphalen. Could this "Oak Tree Gang" replace the original Gil Morgan, Scott Verplank and Bob Tway? Doubtful, but it sounds good! Cameron is one of 3 players on the FairWay Tour with over $100K in career earnings. Interestingly, the handicaps of these three players are +1.7, 2.7 and 6.4...that pretty much covers the handicap range on this tour and is further proof (as if the scores aren't enough proof!) there is an equal chance for any player to WIN! This week the tour will play Oakmont CC in Dallas Thursday afternoon and Woodforest GC in Houston Saturday. We hope you don't miss out on these events because..."If you don't tee it up you can't WIN!"
