Super Major #7 this weekend @ Coyote Ridge GC! Three winners last week in Texas events

The FairWay Tour will hold its 7th Super Major of the season this weekend at Coyote Ridge GC in Carrollton, TX! 1st place for this event will be $5000+ with 20 or more players! The $755 entry covers all course fees. The golf course and greens are currently in great condition. There is also a 1-Day Net Division on Saturday and/or Sunday for those who cannot play both days. Congratulations to last week's winners on the Tour. Brian Wilson fired a 5 under par 67 and added 0.8 strokes to that score for a winning net score of 67.8 at Stonebriar's Fazio Course Thursday. On Saturday, the Tour made its first trip to Pine Dunes GC in Frankston, TX, where Chris Beall (0.5 hcp) lit up the stunning track with a gross score of 67! And finally, Paul Harris (8.3 hcp) took home the cash at Thorntree CC in DeSoto, TX with a net score of 68.3. In the last 7 events, here are the winning handicaps: +2.9, 6.9, 10.7, 5.2, +0.8, 0.5 and 8.3...considering we go from + handicaps up to 12 on this tour, I don't think any handicap has been left out of the winner's circle in July!! There are 28 events left on the calendar for 2017, culminating with our year end event December 1-2 in Las Vegas. We hope to see you this weekend at Coyote Ridge, where the great opportunity will exist for you to use your handicap to win $5000+ playing golf. To put that in perspective, you would have to shoot 13 under and finish 3rd last week at Crown Colony (one of the toughest courses in Texas!) on The Adams Tour to make $5K. Better yet, 7th place and 12 under par in the Texas State Open last year to make more than $5K!! That means beating over 100 players at Crown Colony or having to qualify then beat 141 players at the Texas State Open! HMMM, with 20 players you beat 19 people and make 5 grand! So if you have a handicap let's use it! We hope to see you there because..."If you don't tee it up you can't win!"
