Joiner ends drought in Grand Fashion as winner of Super Major #7 @ Coyote Ridge; Trails of Frisco this Saturday with forecast hi of 88 degrees!

Congratulations to Herb Joiner, who likes to win events with dominating style! Coyote Ridge yielded only one red number for the 2-Day Total as Herb fired a net score of 138.9 to get the victory by almost seven strokes while collecting a check for $8200! The margin of victory was the 2nd largest in the 16 year history of the FairWay Tour. Herb has been a member since July 2009 and has recorded 237 rounds. Herb had not won an event since Lantana in September of 2016, where he shot a net score of 65.9! Congratulations Herb! Our next 2-Day Event will be Bonus Cash Super Major #8 at TPC Las Colinas August 19-20. Roughly $9000 in BONUS CASH accumulated over the last 4 months will be paid back to the players at this event! Approximately $2000 will be added to the top pay spots along with another $7000 to be paid to the top 4 players in the Bonus Cash Race at the conclusion of the event! The Bonus Cash will reset to zero August 21st and will be repaid to the top points winners for the last 4 months of the season at Bear's Best Las Vegas December 1-2! For those who are keeping count, there have been 7 Super Majors this year and the score is now 5-2, with back tee players winning 5 events and senior tee players winning the last 2 events! Additionally, handicaps ranging from +2.1 to 5.2 have won Super Majors in 2017 with the average winning handicap 1.0 and the average winning score for these events -1.8, or -0.9 per day! So if you own a handicap between +4 and 12, you have the great opportunity to WIN CASH competing on the FairWay Tour while meeting new friends and clients! This weekend, the tour goes to Trails of Frisco GC, where the greens are in great shape! Aerification is scheduled for the Monday following our event so we hope you are able to participate. The forecast calls for a hi of 88 degrees Saturday afternoon! We hope to see you at our quality events because..."If you don't tee it up you can't win!"
