Schwartz's 66 (net 65.5) @ Sky Creek Ranch lowest gross and net scores of season on FairWay Tour

Phil Schwartz could have been a +3 handicap on Sunday at Sky Creek Ranch and it would not have mattered as he dominated the field of 40 golfers with an amazing round of 66. The 50ish yr old high school teacher and golf coach played the back tee box on the Robert Trent Jones design and really took it to the field, winning by four strokes. Phil recorded the lowest gross and net scores of the year on the FairWay Tour and did so in impressive fashion on a difficult track (136 slope rating) with the tees back on every hole. The course was in perfect condition on a great day for golf, yet only four players managed to break their handicap. The next month and a half brings some really fine golf as we will be playing Super Major #1 @ Stonebridge CC (Dye) on July 23-24 and Super Major #2 on two separate courses (Snow and Wolf) @ The Paiute Las Vegas August 20-21. These courses are some of Pete Dye's best designs and we are making it a quadruple play when you throw in the 1-Day Event @ TPC Las Colinas, home of the Byron Nelson Classic. Where else are you going to compete on a total of 4 different Pete Dye courses in less than a month? We hope you can take advantage of this opportunity to play for BIG CASH on BIG TIME COURSES! First place at each of the Super Majors will be $10,000 with a full field of 40 players. Come join us at our next event because "If you don't tee it up you can't win!"
