Sharks Circle, Then Attack!

It was only a matter of time before the scratch golfers realized their is opportunity on the FairWay Golf Tour. On a beautiful Saturday at Winter Creek CC scratch golfers David Jennings, a pro from Duncan, and Colby Ricks, an amateur college player for NEO, showed why handicaps look tough to beat on paper, but maybe not so tough on the course as they bested the field of 16. Jennings (1 hcp) fired a -1 71 and Ricks (1 hcp) fired an even par 72 to separate themselves from the field. Their net scores of 70 and 71 were good enough for a 1-2 finish. They were the best players, by handicap, going into the event and recorded the best net scores of the day as well.
