Townsend Wins Tour Championship And $11,490 With Net Score of +1.2 @ Chickasaw Pointe GC!

FGT Veteran Brad Townsend fired a 2-Day Total of +1.2 at Chickasaw Pointe GC December 5-6 to win the 2020 FairWay Tour Championship and $11,490! Brad's handicap was 2.7 on Day 1 and 3.1 on Day 2. There are no gimmicks to the +1.2 total as the weather was perfect for scoring and there were 42 players in the field using their handicap! Great playing Brad! The FGT paid out nearly $500,000 in 56 events this year! 57 year old Brian Wilson, sporting a +1.8 handicap, takes the 2020 money title by earning $29,236. Wilson edged out Alex Carpenter, who owns a +2.5 handicap, for the title as 10 players cashed more than $10,000 in prize money and 129 players earned more than $600! Clearly, the FGT Handicap System is the most accurate in golf! This is not hard at all to prove when you have a 57 year old player giving strokes back to the course winning the money title on a Pro-NET Tour by edging out a player with a +2.5 handicap!
