Perfect Conditions @ The Old American as Par Wins

The Old American Golf Club lived up to its billing as a challenging and unique golf course. From the wooden flagsticks to the thousands of bunkers (remember the US Open) and new strain bermuda greens that rolled as true as the bent greens at Oak Tree, the course is definitely on the Tour's radar for a Major. Bobby Stark, an 8 handicapper, managed his way around the course in 8 over par to win well over a thousand dollars for his performance. A net score of +4.5 on the par 71 layout was good enugh to cash a check. The Tour is excited to present Super Major #1 - The 2010 Tour Championship @ Tierra Verde Golf Club in Arlington, TX October 30-31. As of Monday, October 18th, 26 players were registered, with first place currently sitting at $6500, more than 10 times your entry fee for first place already! This event will pay $10,000 to the winner with 40 players. Comparitively speaking, I played the Oklahoma Open in September and for virtually the same entry fee first place was $10,000...the only difference was there were 156 golfers and it took -11 SCRATCH to get that check! Don't miss this opportunity to play for the BIG BUCKS....REGISTER TODAY TO SECURE YOUR SPOT!
